Mr Salam Awoniyi, the Business Manager of PHCN Dugbe Business Unit in Ibadan, has urged staff of the unit to shun all acts of indiscipline.
He made the call in a statement issued on Wednesday in Ibadan by the company’s spokesperson, Mrs Lade Obisesan.
Awoniyi, who was newly appointed as the Business Manager of the unit, also urged the staff to ensure that the unit met its monthly revenue target.
"I have zero tolerance for indiscipline, laziness and non-performance. My relationship with anybody would be based on performance," Awoniyi said.
Awoniyi, who said PHCN was in the process of handing over to new investors, assured the staff that they would not be laid-off.
