Association threatens nationwide blackout over severance package of PHCN workers

Senior Staff Association of Electricity and Allied Companies (SSAEAC) has given the government a two-week ultimatum to complete discussions on the payment of severance allowance, gratuity and pensions to employees of Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) or face total nationwide blackout.
