MORE revelations have emerged on the bidding process of the distribution companies of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN).
According to documents that contained the summary Outcome of Technical Evaluation which revealed that ENL Consortium, West Power and Gas Ltd. and Interstate Electrics Ltd, winner of Abuja distribution company (DISCO), had failed at the evaluation stage and did not qualify for the commercial stage which determined the preferred winners of assets belonging to PHCN successor companies.
